As a new mom, my mom and baby exercise class was at the top of my list of sanity-savers: I could never get it together enough to exercise by myself but the classes were scheduled so I had something to look forward to each week, everybody brought their babies so no alternate childcare was needed and the environment was completely understanding, and it was a huge component of keeping all those post partum emotions on the level. I also made a ton of mom-friends through it. But it was cost prohibitive and as such my membership was sporadic. With baby number two on the way, this is honestly the first thing I’m going to ask people to help with if they want to give us a gift.

Ha. As a non pregnant woman food is my favorite!! I hate cooking and meal planning so much!! I would welcome these gifts anytime.
