It’s the perfect way to get your exercise in! My kids make it super hard to exercise during the day, so if someone watched them while I worked out, it would be such a deal!

I agree with this 100%. We have also had gone to our fair share of gyms with childcare (and without), and it’s definitely worth it. Forrest and I like going together, and we are a lot more likely to go together than by ourselves. And, with kids, you can’t go together if you don’t take them! The YMCA has been the best option for us since we’ve moved. Fortunately, they have great equipment and the childcare is included (and excellent.) Jack LOVES going!
