I rented a carpet cleaner to remove a dried coffee stain. It did not work. I read your article and will be trying your suggestions. I had been told many years ago that any coffee or tea stains should be removed with hot, hot water – wrong! For some reason, I really have confidence in your advice. I’m off to try COLD water on my spilled coffee stains with white towels & paper towels. Thank you for this
