I love a good VBAC story and appreciate your honesty. I strongly recommend elderberry syrup for avoiding virus spread. Look into some of the research, I think it’s great stuff. Really helped us when I brought a preemie home amid a widespread flu outbreak and a terribly high RSV prevalence a couple years ago. Best wishes to you all, you’re amazing mama.
