					<description><![CDATA[We&#039;ve been working on building up Jack&#039;s endurance. He&#039;s so funny. He can run around with his cousins for hours and not break a sweat, but when we want him to walk 10 feet? Suddenly he&#039;s soo exhausted. I think it&#039;s more a priorities thing with him ;-) haha. We go on walks every day though, and he does pretty well - especially when we have him ride his bike! He&#039;ll ride that forever.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I agreee.   I have some children at school who walk 1 lap on the track and have to sit down because they are exhausted!   I try to get them moving several times a week to build up their endurance.]]></description>
