I have often had similar frustrations with Stitch Fix. They don’t seem to listen to what I am asking for but want to just push what stock they have on hand or something, pushing seasonal items, though I lived in Texas and it was hot and I didn’t need a cardigan or a sweater.

I’ve been using it for months and what I’ve learned is this: 1) their stylists are inconsistent and do not listen to feed back, 2) they constantly push the price boundaries they push their users to set, 3) their clothing comes from a pool of suppliers and that pool gets very stale very quick. I’ve already taken a peek at my next stitchfix box in the mail. I asked for business casual clothing for the office. They’ve sent me 4 t-shirts and a bomber jacket I bought from a previous box. Not even close!
