If you are kind in your everyday dealings with people. If you show love for people genuinely, your children will follow in your footsteps. Children look to their number 1 teachers – their parents for guidance. If you are kind to others – even when they are not kind to you – they will see it.

Oh what a great idea – and how cool that you can buy the book and the tacky box!

It does seem a bit odd to have your kids say tacky words only to lock them away again – but it sounds like a concept that could work.

This is a super way to model and teach kindness to kiddos! I have pinned this to my “parenting” and “education” boards on Pinterest. I think classrooms teachers can use this, as well.

we love our tacky box! I think its such a good idea. It simply reinforces what we already practice (which I love good reinforcements), and really gets the kids involved!

I SOOOO need this for my classroom! We could add words as the kids said them and review as needed!
