I am not religious, but I understand that staying at home with your children wasn’t your own decision, but something that you thought your community EXPECTED of you. And I think it is wrong to live up to other people’s expectations. If having a job would make you happy I think you should get yourself a job. Not your staying at home is what is really important for your children, but being a happy mom who spends her free time happily with them.

I was recently home with the boys on and off for the better part of three weeks due to a nasty virus that just wouldn’t go away. Let me tell you, I have GREAT respect for stay-at-home moms, even more after the past three weeks. It is not an easy job!!!
