We actually made a few games up and forgot we did that. So when we started talking about games we played as kids, no one knew what we were talking about and we had to explain how to play. When they still hadn’t heard of it, we realized we must have made it up. Also who needs toys when you have wood, grass & ants. We used to use the chopped wood pile as the plates, the grass & ants as food, and sticks as silverware. We had those kind of toys already, but they weren’t outside when we needed them.

With three boys we have a lot of dirt digging going on! We love the rest too… but whatever gets them dirtiest is always a favorite!

Your kids are so cute. My grandsons love to play on the play ground where we live. They love the slides and fireman’s pole. I wish they had swings for them too. It’s so fun to watch them. I’m usually following my almost 2 year old grand daughter around though. She likes to walk and walk.
