Hi Katelyn. These tips are great! #5 rings true for about 85% of the tantrums my kids throw. I remember my mom telling me that I was probably upset because I was hungry when I was a kid. It would make me so mad when she said that. How the tables have turned! I wasn’t in the habit of having snacks with me before I became a mom. Now, 4.5 years later, my car looks like a mini-restaurant (with a full caffeine bar)! -zainab@domamahood
