I participated in an Influencer Program on behalf of Mom Central for Huggies. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
Time goes by way too fast. I cannot believe my baby boy is 14 months old now and very officially a toddler! And he certainly toddles around everywhere and he especially likes to climb. He’s already mastered climbing up the stairs and sliding back down. He can already climb onto the couch unassisted. He can climb on top of other chairs too. Michael is adventurous and anytime he sees an open door he runs out it! He loves playing and moving and going and is so glad to have big older sisters to do those activities with. He’s our little mover for sure. That’s why I am thankful for the new Huggies Little Movers available soon at Target.
The Huggies Little Movers diapers feature Double Grip Strips waistband for an all-around stretchy, comfortable fit even when squatting and walking. Plus, they boast adorable Minnie and Mickey Mouse design.
You know, before I had a son, I thought I had figured out the best diaper at the best price. We were a Luvs family. But, just like people had told us would happen, the Luvs did not work so hot with our son. Leaks were happening frequently. So switched to Huggies. So, I’m excited to check out the new Little Movers.
But, it initially wasn’t easy for me to make the switch to Huggies because Luvs are less expensive. However, we’ve discovered that buying them from Target makes them much more affordable!
Target Makes Huggies Affordable!
(Better than Amazon Mom Subscribe and Save!)
I’ve previously talked about Target Cartwheel app (Apple/Android) in this post, but let me share specifically how to save on diapers at Target.
Two weeks ago Target had a special deal on Huggies Little Movers diapers. If you bought two big boxes of Huggies Little Movers you would receive a $15 Target Gift Card! Score! Originally at $34.99/box of 128 diapers, the gift card made it only $27.49/box or $0.21 a diaper – a better deal than Amazon Mom Subscribe and Save! Target Cartwheel app are $0.26 a diaper.
But, add on a $1.50 Target coupon and a $1.00 manufacturer’s coupon, and each diaper would only be $0.205! But, the savings don’t have to stop there…
Because, if you have a Target RedCard you will save an additional 5% on your purchase!
So you could score 256 Huggies Little Movers diapers (2 boxes of size 3) for $49.86 or $0.19/diaper at Target. That will set you up with Huggies diapers for a couple of months too! And hey, you never know, maybe Huggies will show up on Target Cartwheel app and you could save even more. My only problem shopping in store is that they don’t always have enough boxes in the sizes I need.
So here’s the breakdown of how to save on diapers at Target:
1. Check the Target Weekly Ad for a Diaper Gift Card Deal ($10+ back are the good ones)
2. Print off or collect diaper coupons for the brand you need. Make sure to have one for each box/package you’ll buy.
3. Print off Target coupons for the brand you want.
4. Check out the Target app to see if they have diapers on there. Download it on Apple or on Android.
5. Check out with your Target REDCard.
While this $0.19 a diaper is not cheaper than our previous preferred diaper brand Luvs (at ~$0.16/diaper or less) for our twin girls, what good are diapers if they don’t contain the mess? Diapers that don’t work well for your child just mean extra laundry, and more time spent cleaning them and their clothes and bedding. Totally negates the savings when that happens. And for our toddler boy, Huggies have been great so far so I am sure the new Little Movers will too!
How do you score cheap Huggies diapers? Have you used different brands for different babies?

I will have to pass this on to my daughter, who has a little toddler of her own. She is 20 months, but also in a size 3. My grand daughter, not my daughter. I say whatever you can do to keep the mess down.

It’s so interesting how different opinions on diapers are — Huggies never worked for Jack when he was younger, and neither did Luvs. Only Pampers swaddlers did (which sucks, because they are expensive!) I’m glad these are working well for you. We do like Huggies’ Slip on diapers!
