Top Places Offering an Online Stylist for Men
Honestly, who doesn’t love new clothes? Especially clothes are high-quality, affordable, and stylish?
Over the last few years, I have spent time trying my hand at personal styling services for myself.
It’s funny that my husband often likes to shop and pick out new clothes for me, but he often hates picking out clothes for himself. I think he’s handsome no matter what he’s wearing, but he’s self-conscience due to his weight.
But, he totally loves new, nice, stylish clothes too, especially now that he’s lost over 100lbs in the last year.
So, I wanted to look up the best men’s styling services, and see if he could try on any of them!
As we go through the list, I’ll try to update it, should he be be willing to try any out himself.
In the meantime, I hope this list helps those looking either for a great gift for their boyfriends or husbands, or simply looking for a great online stylist for men because you are a man who also wants to freshen up his wardrobe without having to run to the store yourself.
I would love to hear if you’ve tried any of these men’s clothing subscriptions yourself via a personal review in the comments!
6 Men’s Styling Services
Bombfell is a men’s clothing subscription service that handpicks men’s casualwear – the clothing you wear to dinner, work, or on a date – for you each month. They offer casualwear tops, bottoms, socks, belts, and ties, but no shoes. They are a monthly subscription service, but you can pause, delay, or cancel as needed.
After you create your account and fill out your style quiz, size, preference, and budget, you will receive a style preview via email from your stylist and have 48 hours to cancel or change anything you don’t like (something I love about them!).
In addition to men’s clothing sizes S-XL, they have a very limited selection of Big & Tall sizing, carrying a few styles in waist sizes from 38″-46″ and up to a 36″ inseam in select waist sizes. For tops, they carry XLB to 4XB in Big sizing and for tall sizing XLT to 3XT.
The average price point is $79 per item, with a fair amount of variation. There is a $20 styling fee applied toward anything you keep, and they offer free shipping and returns.
They also reward you for keeping more items, both immediately and with their rewards program.
If you keep two items, you save 10%, keep 3 items you save 15%, and if you keep 4+ you save 20% off retail prices! Plus, they even offer price matching (must be same size and color on the website you found it at for cheaper).
Plus, they offer Bomfell Reward Points! You receive 1 point for every $1 spent on their site, including for styling fees. Points are awarded based on the actual price paid, rounded to the nearest whole dollar, but exclude taxes. Here what their reward points get you:
- 100 points = $5 off next purchase
- 200 points = $15 off next purchase
- 500 points = $50 off next purchase
- 1000 points = $100 off next purchase
- 2500 points = $275 off next purchase
Reward points expire after 6 months of inactivity in their loyalty program.
In all of it, you only pay for the clothes you keep and have 7 days to try them on.
